The City of Lee’s Summit is located in both Jackson and Cass counties and has over 100,000 residents. Originally founded as the “Town of Strother”, it has evolved to be a family-oriented and restful city in the Kansas City area. Lee’s Summit consists of 65 square miles. The city refers to the atmosphere as having “Big City Vibes with Small Town Charm”. Home construction is booming in this great city!
