Open Positions

Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Project Lifecycle: Manage each phase from start to finish, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
  • Manage Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work directly with inspectors, vendors, and internal teams, adjusting schedules and targets as needed.
  • Identify and Manage Risks: Anticipate project risks and resolve issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to meet company and client expectations.
  • Lead the Team: Direct and motivate internal and external team members, including assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and trade partners, to complete tasks on time and effectively.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned.

About You:

  • Experienced in Construction: You have a degree in construction management (or equivalent experience) and a solid background in residential construction, including blueprint reading.
  • Client-Focused Communicator: Skilled in keeping clients informed and addressing their concerns clearly.
  • Decisive and Solution-Oriented: Able to make timely decisions that keep projects on track.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and delegate effectively.
  • Organized with Risk Management Skills: Skilled in budgeting, prioritizing, and managing risks.
  • Proficient with Technology: Experience with Buildertrend, Excel, Outlook, and project management software.
  • Efficient Time Manager: Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Assistant Project Manager

What You'll Do: 

  • Labor-Ready
    • Weed Eating
    • Shoveling Snow
    • Pumping Water Out of Foundations
    • Installing Fireplace Studs
    • Patching Concrete
    • Radon Fan Assembly
    • Deliver Sump Pit Boxes to Sites
    • Sweep Out Homes/Drives/Streets when Necessary
    • Covering Floors (Carpet, Tile, Wood)
  • Assist with Punch Lists: Framing through Finish
  • Assist with Inspections
    • Present During Inspections
    • Coordinate Subs to Complete Inspection List
  • Contact and Meet Subcontractors on Site for PM’s
  • Prepare for the PM Position
    • Learn to Use Buildertrend
    • Create Daily Logs
    • Learn to Follow Schedules
    • Take Pictures
      •  i.e., Insulation at Walkout Foundation Walls (Forward to Clean Efficient Energy)
      • MEP’s
    • Learn Contract Standards
    • Learn Construction Standards and Options
