Getting Started

We have a lot of plans to review on our website, but have even more variations of those at our office. If you do not find exactly what you are looking for, Starr Homes can help you design a plan that fits your family's lifestyle and needs exactly. All you have to do is provide us with a list of rooms you want on each floor and we will do the rest. It's that simple. If you select this option, you will receive a detailed sketch of your floor plan and a front elevation. Both will be modified until you are completely satisfied. Already have your own plans? We are happy to build those as well.

Once you have selected a plan or had one drawn, Starr Homes will prepare a detailed budget and specs to provide pricing for your new home. We are here to help you better understand the financial requirements of your project. 

Once we have plans and pricing, the next step is to go to contract. Purchasing a new home is an exciting experience for you and your family. While Starr Homes is building your new home, we will also be participating by managing all of your home’s interior and exterior selections and design details, making your home truly custom to your likes and lifestyle needs.
