The 2024 Artisan Home Tour is a ticketed charity event for Habitat for Humanity. Fifteen high-end homes are featured throughout the Kansas City Metro. Starr Homes has three entries on the tour, a trio of modern farmhouses set on a scenic ranch in Bucyrus, KS. These homes perfectly blend old and new, and are equipped with unique features and modern finishes. 

Tour #10: The Modern Reagan Ranch

The Modern Reagan Ranch features a reverse 1.5-story layout with a spacious primary suite on the main level. The modern farmhouse-inspired front exterior offers a covered front porch attached to a “chill porch” that connects to the home office. Incredible views of the property can be seen throughout the home thanks to the thoughtfully designed living spaces and ample windows. The main floor also includes a generous mud space and laundry room as you enter through the 4-car garage. The kitchen, breakfast banquette, and dining are uniquely designed, flowing easily to the bar on the main level. As you enter through the double front doors off the covered porch, you will see views through a grand foyer to the custom pool in the back. As you enter the main living spaces off the foyer, you are greeted by a huge stone fireplace extending to the vaulted ceiling. The great room, eating areas, and kitchen are spacious and inviting, with plenty of seating and space for visiting guests.  The main level also includes a full-sized bar and media room that leads to a screened lanai. The primary suite consists of a bathroom with a large shower and tub, a walk-in closet, and access to the laundry room. This home also features a guest room and two offices on the main floor.
