"A world apart is closer than you think."

The Village of Loch Lloyd has announced the construction of a new security gate and entrance on the far north end of the property. The gate will ultimately connect Loch Lloyd and Leawood via the new Blue River Bridge at Kenneth Road.  The gate will be located at 154^th & Loch Lloyd Parkway – about 3 blocks south of Kenneth Road (MO’s version of 151^st St).  

Loch Lloyd Parkway will connect to Kenneth Road about 300 yards east of the new bridge that will replace the old one-lane Kenneth Road bridge. Loch Lloyd residents on the north side of the property can drive into Leawood, KS in less than two minutes. 

The new gate will feature a residents’ lane to the outside so residents will have fast pass access – not to mention the latest in security technology. Completion is expected in Fall of 2018.
