The Lakeside Cottage floor plan is our floor plan of the month!

This unique floor plan has 3 levels totaling 4,377 square feet. The Lakeshore Cottage has detailed woodwork, 4 bedrooms, and a large lanai. This floor plan would be perfectly situated next to a lakeshore! 

The three levels are defined below:

 Upper Level:  The long foyer welcomes you as you walk in with a wood accent wall that creates a warm and inviting feel to the home. A deep-set garage and two spare bedrooms, each with their own bedroom, also reside on this "entry" level.

 Middle Level:  This floor has a large master suite and spare bedroom/office. An exercise room and storage areas round out the rest of this level. The beautiful wood details are carried throughout the master suite and bathroom.

Lower Level: The bottom level of this floor plan has living spaces and common areas. The large great room is open to the bright kitchen. The kitchen has an attached prep and pantry, as well as plenty of under-cabinet lighting. The great room and dining area flows openly to the large lanai outside.
