The Spring Parade of Homes of Greater Kansas City is only a few months away, and Starr Homes is preparing a new custom home we think you’ll love. The spacious Sanibel floor plan is currently under construction in Loch Lloyd, and will be ready in time for the Parade, which begins April 25th, 2020.

Featuring one of our newest floor plans, this four-bedroom home has a 2,410-square-foot main level and 1,675-square-foot lower level. During the Parade of Homes you’ll have the chance to stroll through the large walk-in closet in the master suite, and relax on the lanai porch near the outdoor fireplace. 

On the lower level, you’ll find the perfect set-up for entertaining with a bar, game room, and large media room connected to a backyard patio. There are also two more bedrooms on this floor, each with its own walk-in closet and bathroom.
